Central Melt owner Ed Allen knows they’re known for their amazing grilled cheese sando’s, but one of the things he’s most proud of is not taking shortcuts. Nowhere is this no evident than in his hand cut french fries. He could easily take the route so many restaurants go and use frozen fries from a bag, but that is not an option.
This made the fries an obvious choice to put on display the details of what goes into making the often overlooked side item.
We wanted to show the step by step process of how Central Melt’s fries are made. It was important for them show their fries are actually hand cut and parboiled before being made to order. We felt we displayed that well.
